Lindsey: Why--why did you... Lorne: One last job. You're not part of the solution, Lindsey. You never will be. Lindsey: You kill me? A flunky?! I'm not just...Angel...kills me. You...Angel... Lorne: Good night, folks.

'Not Fade Away'

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Silence means security silence means approval

It's easy to see, looking at the pictures, who was the petted and pampered only child with boatloads of self-confidence and a certainty of the world's good intentions, and who was demon-haunted.

OK, I want to read that book right now. Or maybe I have. Either way, there's a National Book Award hiding in there.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Hec said I should post these here so Plei could see them; I'm really not a horribly vain double-poster, it was all his idea:

I had seen, and intended to comment! So pretty.

I wish I still had pictures of Gram from when she was young, but I think my annoying cousin took them all.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Gud, I'm very sorry.

Being a good person doesn't mean every marriage will work. And you really are a good man, and have worked very hard in good faith (so to speak) to deal with the issues in your marriage.

Yes. This. Gud, you're under heaps of pressure and you've been doing your best. Remember to be good to yourself.

(2) You have me calling everything/everyone "[thing]aboo." I hope you're happy.

I like this. Octopus womanaboo, please let me go.

I just got upsold by a guy at Dell. I feel dirty.

And you know that the only thing that will get you clean is a righteous rain to wash the scum off our streets.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Cass, I didn't mean to ignore you and your answer and your back. I hope you can make it, of course, but if you have any doubts about your back, I'd rather you stay home and take care of yourself.

(see, it's not always about me.)

He is so... I just don't have the words.

I was thinking that this must be a tremendously wonderful person, and then I read your quote, Sparky. Ew.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

OK, off to bed. I've done enough research on co-ops and locally produced and farmed food as I'm gonna tonight.

I read a book called "The Real Food Revival" (by Sherri Brooks Vinton and Ann Clark Espuelas) and now I'm ALL OVER the locally farmed food! Well, all over reading about it. I found a co-op in Gloucester!

Always Anti-fascist!

Heh, Billytea. And me at the end of monsoon season. I may have to MacBeth it a bit longer.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Nora}}} You are most certainly not an idiot. You are smart and foamy.

JZ, your grandparents were very pretty people. It's easy to see where you came from.

I have 884 posts to read in Natter, and I'm not reading any now, because I don't have time to read a bunch. I foresee skipping in my future, but in my immediate future I foresee neosporin, perhaps some beer, and B5. I may also check out Bones, but I fear disappointment.
