Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I have 884 posts to read in Natter, and I'm not reading any now, because I don't have time to read a bunch. I foresee skipping in my future, but in my immediate future I foresee neosporin, perhaps some beer, and B5. I may also check out Bones, but I fear disappointment.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Gah. Stoopid. Embarrassing. Did I say stoopid? Burned myself with spaghetti sauce on Sunday. Thought it was ok, because it didn't really hurt. Until the blisters came up, I forgot that it didn't hurt because I have very little feeling in that area due to surgery years ago. Then, of course, handled everything poorly. Had the wrong supplies. When I went to purchase the right ones, I instead purchased other wrong ones. For the record, I don't recommend that spray on skin stuff. Of course, I probably used it incorrectly. I found that it stings and is sticky. So I covered it up so that I could, you know, wear clothes. But that stuck. I think no more detail is necessary.

The last few days have been wonderful or horrible at all times. Absolutely no in betweens unless you count mind-numbing tiredness as in between.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Burns hurt, libkitty. I hope it heals quickly.

JZ has sexy ancestors. Pass it on.

They've opened up a Whole Foods here in town. Looks like Owen and I are taking a field trip tomorrow to check it out.

Aimee, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Your daughter's cuteness is undisputed. Anyone who wishes to dispute gets smited by us all.

but Almanzo works on Darlinghurst in Kings Cross. The street is pretty much entirely taken up with strip clubs, bars, strip clubs that are really brothels, lingerie and sex toy stores, adult book stores, adult book stores that are really swingers clubs, etc.

Dude! That's right by where Billytea and I stayed when I was in town. Cool!

So what's the firm, but polite way to definitely tell a girl that you do not wish to see her vagina?

I'm flattered, but I care too much about our friendship to ruin things? :)

put Aidan on the bus. This morning I did it. It was a little heart-catching. He's so tiny and the bus is so big.

Awwww. So adorable and yet so sad!

Hugs to Gud, too.

I'm making Brazilian Coconut Chicken Stew for dinner, and realized it was a recipe I could include in the cookbook, so I just typed it up.

Good! It sounds so yummy!

I am so opposed to the concept of employment owning non-company time (especially weekends)

See, for me the working on those times is bad enough, but when it's the quasi-mandatory social stuff? That's annoying.

One thing the tumultous world of IT consulting taught me was how to negotiate and not take it personally.

Astarte, I may at some point want to talk to you about the consulting thing--not in IT, but it's something I might want to do in a few years, in a similar way.

I've got the hots for JZ's grandpa, dang!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I can not WAIT to see your little girl! (Cash AND Plei) And the clothing has been bagged and tagged and is on my desk at work - Post Office still wonky due to the power outage yesterday.
