There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
"Lose Yourself" - Eminem
"Surrender" - Cheap Trick
"American Idiot" - Green Day
"Survivor" - Destiny's Child
"Trouble" - Pink
"Feel Alright" - Steve Earle
"Honky Tonk Heroes" - Waylon Jennings
Yes!
They aren't active anymore, which is very sad-making.
Richard is back in NYC after spending some years in San Francisco. He and Fontaine are still friends and they did a reunion show or two recently. I wouldn't be too surprised if they became... less inactive.
Hedwig - Tear Me Down
"Tubthumping" is the Chumbawumba song
"Drink, Fight, and Fuck" by GG Allin and the Scum Fucs.
OK, maybe not.
Yes I knew of the recent VS shows and hope they come back!! I also enjoyed Richard's SF band Whysall Lane. He rocks.
"Indestructible" - Rancid

Something about singing "I'm NOT OK" over and over again kind of helps my brain move past that fact. And its peppy.
