Kaylee: H-how did you... g-get on...? Early: Strains the mind a bit, don't it? You think you're all alone. Maybe I come down the chimney, Kaylee. Bring presents to the good girls and boys.

Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I am MERELY SAYING.

So do I. Now she's baffled at the youth of some of these boys. *cough*Panic*cough*.

HAHAHAHA.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

When you're here this weekend, I could show you Life On The Murder Scene! Um, just the music videos, unless you want to watch the whole documentary, during which I (and probably Cass) will flail helplessly and randomly exclaim "OH BOYS"
Yes!

Also known as the video to finally get Jilli interested in learning more about FOB, because yay vampires!
And funny in the car when my iPod started playing it and Jilli made a confused face because the song just ... kept going. There was no pausing for vampires and dialog.

My theory is that Bunny and Hemmy are in cross-species starcrossed love.
Which you have alternately promised to never write or send to me first.

Cass originally tried to hook me with FOB. She played on all my weaknesses. She described Patrick as Ginger-haired, golden-voiced, jail-bait. The wench.
And I still had to resort to the use of Gerard Way. I figured Stump would snare you.

Ah, my first meara in Music and it's bandom. To which I am merely adjacent.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Hey, Jilli pushed me into it! One stupid concert with MCR, and POW! I was suddenly 20 years younger and reading shit on Buzznet. It was AWESOME.

IOW, pushers are GOOD.

Also, I love the fact that I can be in the not-crowded bars during all-ages shows for these bands, as their fanbase trends younger than the drinking age.

Oh wordy word word!

I intend to whip out a chaise lounge and an umbrella drink on the balcony of Electric Factory at the Philly show.

That doesn't stop some of them from hitting on us older types. 20 year old scene boys, so cute! Like puppies!

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

RE: Leathermouth, Jamia isn't in the band, but Skeleton Crew is co-owned between her and Frank, so she's involved.

RE: Patrick Stump, he's two months older than me. Joe Trohman is two months younger. This confounds and bewilders me.

RE: That Bob Bryar clip, dude. Dude. I watched it before going to bed last night. Predictably, I had very happy dreams.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Long long posts ago, but:

I promise I will post more about this, once my brain has surfaced from the decongestant hell it's stuck in.

Thanks, Jilli!
