I only know the Polkaholics.
Still impressed. All three are bands I had hung out with at some point in Chicago. The guys from Ulele went to high school with my bestest friend and two guys from New Rob Robbies worked with my ex hubby. One of those guys used to also be in The Polkaholics.
I'm late to the Favorite Album Title discussion, but why didn't anyone mention
What Were Once Vices Are Now Just Habits?
(I've probably got that screwed up in memory.)
McLusky's album titles were extraordinary: My Pain and Sadness Are More Sad And Painful Than Yours, McLusky Do Dallas, and The Difference Between Me And You Is That I'm Not On Fire.
I LOVE the McLusky album titles the bestest.
Anybody want to see pictures of my band playing in LV? Soon there will be video as well. allegedly.

Great pics, Lisa!
Thanks! Luckily I found a tiny little rollergirl who was willing to get all up in our business to take pictures of us and the crowd! I can't wait to see the video (even though I'll be kind of self-conscious about it...god knows what dorky things i said/ways I danced over the course of the set.)
Love the pics--and you are so totally cool and you have a great smile. Looks like a fabulous bunch of people cheering you on, too.
ION, I am going to see Squeeze and Fountains of Wayne tonight! Much bopping about will be engaged in.

I saw Squeeze last Thursday. They were great! Have fun. Here's the Washington Post review.

Super poppy! fun!

thank you, very nice lady! I so needed to hear that today.
Great pix, Lisa! I am coveting the Hello Kitty angel tattoo...
Some of the funniest song titles (and lyrics) IMO were written by my friend Mark of the DeRita Sisters. There's
I'll Be Fucking
and the classic
Stop Me Before I Fuck Again.
