"the next time I shoot you it won't be digitally, unless I shoot you in the finger"? OMG, total geek humor. I love you Mr. Mars.
"Behind the 'one eighty seven'"? Is that how the kids are saying it lately?
See, talk about rubbing Weevil's head is kinda hot. Heheh.
CHINO! Is that a shout-out to a show that used to be good?
So is the guy a cop or a con? Seems like he's a cop, but didn't Keith run a check on him? And why didn't the guy challenge Keith when Keith recited his record to him?
And I'm guessing cops can't have criminal histories like that?
Well, he is supposedly a
Chicago
cop.
And I'm guessing cops can't have criminal histories like that?
Generally speaking, you can't be a police officer if you've been convicted of a felony. Now maybe both his battery and possession charges were misdemeanors but, with two, he'd probably still be off the force. Color me confused. I think I need to rewatch.
I am not loving this season.
I didn't love that episode. I fast-forwarded through the whole coed thing.
I'm thinking Alicia told Keith about Carl, and he took her word for it instead of running his own investigation. Which strikes me as unlikely, but it's the only thing I could think of.
That said, why would a guy trying to reconnected with his son waste his time trying to break into an empty house?
This whole thing didn't really hang together very well.
This episode was almost watch from the hall painful. It also stirred up my gender issues discomfort with the show again.
I thought it was a good, solid episode, with nice thematic content, lots of quotable lines, continuitygasms galore, and the continuing development of the multiple mysteries.
And there you have the beagles varying.
Heh.
While it wasn't bad, it was a bit bland and uninspired. And yeah, some things in it -- the Alicia's ex-parts in particular -- made me go "ehh?"
