Is that the Towelie reference everyone keeps mentioning? I saw Pulp Fiction, but I don't remember many lines from it.
The Pulp Fiction reference was the "Say 'what' again, I dare you" bit.

All the way through, "Check out the big brain on Brett!" Originally all spoken by Samuel L. Jackson near the beginning of the movie, IIRC. In the same scene as "Now *that* is a tasty burger!"
Here's the scene, major profanity ahoy:
Jules Winnfield: What does Marcellus Wallace look like?
Brett: What?
Jules Winnfield: What country you from?
Brett: What?
Jules Winnfield: What ain't no country I ever heard of. They speak English in What?
Brett: What?
Jules Winnfield: ENGLISH, MOTHERFUCKER! DO-YOU-SPEAK-IT?
Brett: Yes.
Jules Winnfield: Then you know what I'm saying.
Brett: Yes.
Jules Winnfield: Describe what Marcellus Wallace looks like.
Brett: What, I-?
Jules Winnfield: [pointing his gun] Say what again. SAY WHAT AGAIN. I dare you, I double dare you, motherfucker. Say what one more goddamn time.
Brett: He's b-b-black.
Jules Winnfield: Go on.
Brett: He's bald.
Jules Winnfield: Does he look like a bitch?
Brett: What?
[Jules shoots Brett in shoulder.]
Jules Winnfield: DOES HE LOOK LIKE A BITCH?
Brett: No.
Jules Winnfield: Then why you try to fuck him like a bitch, Brett?
Brett: I didn't.
Jules Winnfield: Yes you did. Yes you did, Brett. You tried to fuck him. And Marcellus Wallace don't like to be fucked by anybody, except Mrs. Wallace.
Oh man. I love that scene. Thanks for the post, smonster.
You're welcome. Apologies to anyone who saw it before I fixed the quick-edit.
More quotes from Pulp Fiction here.
Gilmore Girls is cancelled. This could be good news for VM, as cancelling VM too means they have to launch two new dramas on Tuesday night, or, even if they move things around, it adds one more to the number of new dramas they have to launch if they had held onto GG.
VM could totally work at 8 pm Eastern - then they could continue to put the Pussycat Dolls at the 9 Eastern slot.
CW only has 7 dramas in development. 3 of which are getting good buzz (Gossip Girl, Reaper, and Wild at Heart).
TWoP has reminded me that the CW already has three drama slots to fill. 7th Heaven is certainly not coming back after already being cancelled once and getting crappy ratings this season, and Runaway tanked, so they have two Sunday slots to fill.
If they fill their three open slots with the three pilots they like, they won't even have to bother with cancelling anything else. VM is cheap, dammit. Wildly affordable!
So, a Sunday evening of Wild at Heart, Gossip Girl and Reaper?
That would be interesting.
Does WB program 3 hours on Sunday nights or only 2?
