What is even happening?

So far I am liking not!Lucky for the Dean's murder. We saw that he is kind of obsessive and crazy in the last episode, and it seems he would do anything for the professor. So, I think he did what he thought was a favor to the professor by killing the Dean. I think this mystery is going to be far more interesting. There are already so many suspects.

The Perfect-Murder assignment makes Landry and Tim (Not!Lucky) the early favorites.

The pointed emphasis on the fact that the A papers will be posted publically, and that Veronica's A paper was among the A papers that would be post publically, was extra pointy.

  • We already know Landry posts the A papers, from episode where Veronica was accused of plagiarism.
  • We were shown Veronica's A, in this episode.
  • We were then told extra double sure for certain that Veronica got an A, and her A paper would be posted, and did she want to fix any syntax errors, etc., before her A paper was posted.

I expect there's a good chance that whoever killed the dean may well have followed whatever plans Veronica laid out in her paper, because such is her life.

It's too bad, because I'd actually love to see Tim and Veronica working together to track down the killer despite their mutual animosity. I freakin' love the whole "enemies working together toward a common goal" trope.

Me, too. When she was looking at his rape-case wall, I was hoping for that. Maybe they will work together. If they work together, the odds go even higher that he's guilty.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Aiieee! And, heh. Poor Veronica.

Maybe they will work together. If they work together, the odds go even higher that he's guilty.

I got super extra suspicious to the point of knowing Moe was involved when she started planning stuff in his presence. (when she was talking about the plan for storming the party with Wallace and Piz)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh, stray thought I had during the ep -- Wallace and Piz should fight crime together more often!

Yes! That was confirmation for me too, Nora. And I love that they undermined it--made me doubt it, by having him "save" her from Mercer, but there's something menacing about the way that boy wields a cup of tea, because it's always been the tea that has convinced me of his involvement.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I expect there's a good chance that whoever killed the dean may well have followed whatever plans Veronica laid out in her paper, because such is her life.

I didn't think of this, but it would be an interesting storyline!

The writers should give Piz a point. I think the actor is adorable, but he's been about as crucial as a performing seal, thus far. See Piz! See Piz's cute mug. See Piz mug with his cute mug! Mug, Piz! Mug!

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Cindy's post just reminded me of another small thing that i loved about last night's episode. when Landry is spouting off about who different people had decided to murder in the papers he says something about killing the illustrious sheriff and the camera pans to Veronica's semi-smirking face. priceless.

Yes, that was good. At first I assumed Veronica wrote that one, but then I thought I detected pleased surprise in that smirk. What did you think, tiggy?

I think she wrote it, but i'd have to go back and rewatch.
