I think that she is out to get the Greek system by any means she finds -- so they happened on that story but she was looking for whatever they could get.
Are there many college campuses where the major social and/or alcohol policy infractions happen in the sorority houses? Because that seems - v. odd to me.
I like the fact that this episode really worked thematically. It was all about what you *want* to believe -- the Take Back the Night team that the Greeks were responsible for the rape, Logan that he'd found a brother, Harmony that her husband was cheating (which would mean she'd be free to pursue Keith).
Veronica usually believes the worst about people -- that's pretty much her default setting. In this case, it didn't pan out (yet) with regard to the frat, but it did about Fake!Charlie. We even see it when she and Keith and Logan are having dinner -- she believed every answer Logan would give would be a snarky or disrespectful one, and that every question Keith asked had ulterior motives.
"Logan, I did some more digging. That's not your brother Logan from San Logan Capistrano. It's Logan, a reporter from Logan's Fair."

Oooh, good point.
Hey, I'm forgetting something... Did Veronica ever confirm with the store owner that the guy from the ATM photo with Claire was actually the guy who had been in the store with Claire?
I mean, if not, there's a chance he's not the rapist, just a guy in line behind her. The guy with her could have been next to her, out of the camera's view, and if/since the rapist seems to be a serial rapist, or part of some rape gang or something, it would make sense if he didn't let himself be in view of the camera.

I thought there was a problem with the timeline too. Maybe I misheard, but I thought the girl with Claire said she saw Claire by the convenience store just after she was run out of the party. But Veronica said the time-stamp on the ATM photo was well after the party ended.
Also, did anyone else think "Harmony Chase" was a Buffy reference?
Good, and only-very-mildly-spoilery-at-the-end interview with RT: [link]
The guy needs to get a new suit. The color and fit look terrible on him.
Why did Keith give LSG the photo before telling her it wasn't an affair? To teach her a lesson, or something? It seemed cruel.
Yeah, that irked me. Lead with the conclusion, Keith!
I think he hadn't made up his mind, completely.
