I had to stop about 10 minutes in. I'm just getting back to it.
Episode 3:01 behind the white font
Wallace and Piz just discovered the car is empty. Is it me, or did the first 10 minutes or so drag. There were moments, but V's scenes with L felt forced, and the pacing is blah.
Gris, please
tell me it picks up.
Noooooo! Y'all started early without me!
I should have known the kids could go another day without a bath.

It's exactly like we never left Neptune High.
eta...
Okay, I'm confused but intrigued by the Cormac thing. I have to rewatch the MoTW bits, too. There were too many new people for me to concentrate well.
Poor Parker. You could totally see that coming. I hope Dick didn't do it. I assume, because of the hair shaving, that he didn't.
Poor Dick (assuming the above assumption is correct, oh and except for when I wanted to kick his ass for harshing on Mac).
Loved Veronica the only child being a little aaaaaaahyaaaaaaokay as Parker changed in front of her. Also loved the little Saturn/Mars/Neptune/Uranus/Mercury riff.
All in all, I enjoyed it, but I have HUGE questions about this being the episode that might draw in Gilmore Girls viewers. HUGE. I need to check who directed it, because I thought the pacing was off, but some of that was the writing.
oh, and...
It's a fake rock. None of my friends has a rock that fake.
Okay, I stayed late at work and missed PB for this!
But I enjoyed it -- I have to say that
I can't believe how much they changed the credits. Do you think that this was because they changed networks? Does this mean that GG, Smallville and Supernatural will also change their credits? Did ANTM? Okay. . . wow the "scene" they showed on the CW was totally NOT from the teaser. I loved her crim prof -- who is that actor? And whoa! Way to change things up with the Cormac & Kendall (or whatever her real name was -- I forget) and that we have to wait 2 weeks to see how Keith gets the hell out of that shit.
I really think it will look better on my tv screen. I totally feel like I missed stuff.
sumi,
I think I like the new credits. They seem a little more grown up, and a little less Nancy-Drew-Meets whatever that horrible high concept for the show was. I had to watch a few times to come to that conclusion, though.
sumi, that actor
played on Joan of Arcadia (principal or teacher or summat) and was also Emily Quartermaine and Lucky Spencer's teacher on General Hospital, back when Amber Tamblyn played Emily.
No wonder I recognized him. Cool.
Cindy, I like the new credits, too. Need to finish the ep before I have thoughts and such.
Couldn't get it to work. Oh well.
3.1:
I like the credits. Piz is likable--and Wallace needs more male friends. Poor Parker. I totally think it's Dick. Logan's mopey and he so better not take Dick's side. KEITH! I hope he's got mad desert survival skilz. Not going to cry over Kendall. The quippage was great. I like the new characters. That's about it.
