I think she saw it (and was mooned), but possibly not right before the bus crash. Her "it's totally nondescript, that's what's so unique about it" rings true for a girl who doesn't care about cars trying to describe one she has seen - if someone had told her what to describe she would have had a description.
I had the impression that the details about the limo seating were to explain why she felt the canned ham was directed at her. Which she migt hvae needed to do if the incident actually happened while she was alone and she moved it, for whatever reason, to when she was in the limo.
I could believe it either way - that she's sincere or not.

That 'nondescript' description was of Deputy Leo's car, from
Look Who's Stalking.
It was in
Nevermind the Buttocks,
that Gia IDed the Barracuda. She didn't describe it. Veronica put an ad with a Barracuda photo in the school newspaper. I was more talking about being overly informative about where she sat, and why she was the only one who saw it, than about the car. It's probably nothing, but she's had a decent amount of screen time this season, considering none of it has mattered too much, until the last couple of weeks.
Unrelatedly, about Danny Boyd...
Okay, I confused Liam and Danny -- but are you saying that Danny isn't Liam's cousin? Because I thought that he was a Fitzgerald of some sort.
Danny Boyd is a Fitzpatrick of some sort, because he's Molly's uncle.
I don't think so. Liam is Molly's uncle (as is Father Fitzpatrick). i think sumi is correct in thinking that Danny is a cousin of the Fitzpatrick's.
For what it's worth, I was just looking for something else in the
Ahoy, Mateys
transcript, and Danny calls Molly, "My niece, Molly." He could be one of those older cousins that gets called an uncle, but she's not little, so what it means, I don't know.
Wow, I have to pay closer attention. Oddly, that is not my way with mysteries, so I should probably just keep quiet. But that is not my way, either.
Regardless, I agree that she was overexplainy about the Barracuda. Which could just be how she is - it wasn't far off from her talking about her outfit when Woody first introduced her at the ballpark - or could signify that it didn't happen (or didn't happen while she was in the limo).
so I should probably just keep quiet. But that is not my way, either.
Hee. Me, neither.
That's a good point about her being talky!meat in general though. That is pretty much
the
note of her character.
I swear, I feel like I didn't do my homework for tonight. I meant to make a list of all the theories and timelines you all so thoughtfully provided, and now there's no time! Very excited for tonight's ep anyway, of course.
Amy, it's either:
Woody
Terrence
Big Dick
Beaver
Gia
Lamb
Lucky
Kendall
The Fitzpatricks
The Mannings
Logan
Veronica
Keith, or
Back-Up.
We're sure of it.
T minus 2+ minutes and counting
Oooh. Kids in the van from "Plan B" in previouslies! Also, the casino owner!
OMG KICK HIM IN THE NUTS! BLUDGEON HIM WITH HIS OWN FUCKING OSCAR!
But the finale is next week, right?
Hooooly crap. Dude, I was actually worried for both Jackie and Wallace for a moment there. Uhm, I guess this takes out Lucky as the bus crash culprit. That was intense.
I have to say, I kind of love Gia. Did you see that her outfit matched the cupcakes? Heh. In RL, she'll probably drive me insane within 5 minutes, but here, she's sort of adorable.
