it's not the cold open, if that's what you're asking. it appears to be from pretty early in the ep though.

OK, those of you who are sort of maybe spoiled for tonight's episode? Can one of you take a look at the UPN Veronica Mars site and tell me whether the *first* picture is from the episode tonight, or from some time before?
