I agree with you on Cassidy setting Kendall up. The minute he asked her to be the face of his company, I had a feeling it was about revenge against her, rather than just a way to make money. Which is why I'm against the idea he intentionally set up his father. I think he blames her for Mr. Casablancas having to flee the country.

I got the feeling he was basing his plans on Neptune being incorporated, so maybe he is intentionally buying property that is outside the incorporation circle, which the teacher says will nosedive in value if the incorporation goes through.
Maybe he's the big bad.

Wouldn't it make more sense to buy properties outside the circle if you believe the incorporation won't go through? I get the feeling that he knows something or is going to do something to ruin the incorporation plan.
I think she was getting some of Duncan's hair.
That's what I thought, too. And considering that Aaron was trying to blame Duncan for Lilly's death in the interview thing at the beginning, and asked her Kendall if she had access to Logan's apartment, I'm going to guess that there's some deal where that's going to be planted as evidence against Duncan.

Not if you are trying to set someone up to fail, as was suggested earlier.

Yeah, she took a tweezer from her bag and snagged a hair. (apparently not so great maid service) Also, she looked fabulous while commiting this act.
And serious question: In the main arc, is Kendall a wild card or a player? Is she at the center of the core mystery, or is she a random force that's going to throw people's plans off? She pretty much has to be one or the other, because she's too prominent.I'd love it if she were a player. I've been thinking about this for a long time. Early on in the season (which seems like three years ago) when Veronica was looking up Curly on her P.C., there was a picture of Kendall on her monitor at the same time. Now, it was just a separate window, but I've been hoping it was a spoiler in plain sight.
Also, she looked fabulous while commiting this act.Yeah. CC ought to be licensed to wear that dress. Lethal. Weapon. Every time the camera captured her from a new angle, it was a hotter angle. In addition to having had a baby, she's no baby herself. I'm pretty sure she's closer to forty than she is to thirty.
I think she was getting some of Duncan's hair.
That didn't make much sense to me, though, because Duncan's been gone for a while. How does she know it wasn't Logan's hair?
perhaps they had separate bathrooms? If not, you're right, it makes no sense.
Oh yeah, duh.
