Cartman described all independent films as gay cowboys eating pudding. Pretty funny stuff in context.
Veronica Mars: Annoy, Tiny Blonde One. Annoy Like the Wind.
[NAFDA] Spoiler Policy: Seasons 1-3 and the movie are fair game. Spoiler font two weeks for new content presented all at once (e.g. Season 4 on Hulu is fair game as of Aug. 9, 2019). New content presented as weekly episodes may be discussed with no restrictions as it is released.
Yes, but why? Is there a pudding scene in Brokeback, or are there actually a few films about same sex couples where pudding is featured/mentioned, or is it just about Cartman's delivery?
Hard to say why something is funny, but I'm fairly certain that Cartman's comments pre-date Brokeback Mountain. Maybe not the production of the movie, but definitely the release.
Since we're completely off topic, Cartman is apparently real.
Okay, thanks. I was just trying to ask if Cartman's line was referencing a couple of coincidental scenes in some indie films.
Oh, no. I'm certain it was just meant to be stupid and dismissive, like most of Cartman's lines.
I think the line was in the second season, in '98-'99 or so.

OK, that just makes it SO much funnier. I thought it was a recent ref (the only season I watch with a lot of consistency was season 1).
I have a question about Donut Run.
When Dick and Logan are playing that volleyball video game, and Logan asks Dick for a favor, Dick's response is along the lines of, "It's not that favor that Bobby Brown does for Whitney, is it?"
Do I want to know?
Oh and another question about DR, while I'm here. Was the actor who played the border patrol cop (the one who was on the phone with Lamb) the same actor who occasionally plays the teacher who breaks up fights between Weevil and Logan?
No, Cindy you don't.
Way TMI Alert:
Bobby admitted to helping Whitney when she was constipated get unconstipated uhm you know uhm - with his hands.
