I look more rad than Lutheranism

So, there's a new damn episode tonight, right? Along with Lost and Bones?

The TV schedule lives to make me weep.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

also the MIT Mythbusters is on, re-visiting the Ancient Death Ray experiment. Since no VM tonight for us, I will try to watch Lost and tape Mythbusters.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I haven't come up with a plan to deal with three shows/one time slot. I can do two, but three is a logistical nightmare. Theoretically they're repeating VM on Sunday, but my local station often sticks something else in instead.

Art Crawl!!!

Yes, new VM and new Lost.

Of course, VM is being repeated over the weekend AND next Tuesday -- so you could make your decision based on that.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

UPN, at least in Boston, only sent 10 hours of programming per week. I don't think the change should hurt them too much.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

UPN, at least in Boston, only sent 10 hours of programming per week. I don't think the change should hurt them too much.

As long as 38 has the Phantom Gourmet and the Cheesy 80's movie of the week that comes after, they'll be fine without UPN.

Besides, how much does 10 hours of UPN a week cost? Like, a buck fifty? (Checks thread title). I mean, for all those other shows, of course.

All this time, I thought Hunter was a bitch. Turns out she was just hungry.

They put a positive spin on it saying they could be more devoted to local programming. Yeah right.

Locally, KRON lost NBC and has done well with Elimidate and Fear Factor. But seriously, KRON works because local news was always their strong suit and viewers stuck with them out of longstanding habit, lack of network affiliation notwithstanding.

Before KOFY-20 became a WB outlet it was one of San Francisco's more idiosyncratic media outlets. Its owner, Jim Gabbert, was one of a kind, but I wouldn't mind seeing one of our netlet franchises revert to independent status. It could be freeing.

What is even happening?

3 hours and 11 minutes, unless you're me (or a Somervillain) in which case it's *counts on fingers* ... *and toes* 52 hours and 11 minutes.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

There are still those of us too techno-impaired to master ahemming, though I may, eventually. I have no doubt those whippersnappers will have moved on to some newfangled out-of-reach technosystem by then.

In the meantime, the TiFaux can record one, watch another or record two, watch either, but not a third. The men of the household will be watching Bones in the living room while it records; I'll watch it later. StY and I will watch Lost later. And I'll be watching Veronica Mars realtime in the bedroom. I suppose all thought of ever watching Criminal Minds (I've been watching the Dharma & Greg reruns, and have suddenly developed a fondness for Thomas Gibson) again is mere folly, right?
