Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Dana, that is wonderful news.

Melpomne, yours is pretty sweet too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Timelies and what-not.

I am crashing at a friend's house (she has a spare bedroom). Every time I crash here, right after I go to bed her cat comes in the room, wanting to be petted. Of course, I feel compelled to do so.

Her cat smells my cat on my laptop. So her kitty is rubbing his face on the laptop, to mark it as his. I wonder if my cat will be mad when I get home....

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I don't know about your cat. Mine seem very interested and get right to work with remarking, but don't seem upset.

Yeah, that's pro'lly what my cat will do. Maybe I just feel guilty about seeing other cats.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Only GOOD THINGS are allowed to happen on Perkins Day, obviously.

I like this rule.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It's 2:30 in the morning. I'm yawning and I need to go to bed, but I know I won't be able to sleep. And once again, I've waited so late to take a sleep aid, that if I do it now, I'll sleep until noon. And, as is usual when I stay up too late, I've eaten too much. The carb cravings seem to only hit at night. I am annoyed with myself.

Happy belated Perkins day!

Zenkitty, that sucks. I should be asleep too, but it's only 1:44 here. And Schlomo (kitty) has returned, demanding more petting....
