Chard is delicious. It's a dark leafy green with a bold flavour -- kind of a cross between arugula and kale. Goes excellently with braised short ribs.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I really don't like spinach, unless its flavor is disguised by bleu cheese dressing. It's not looking good for the chard.
