Chard is delicious. It's a dark leafy green with a bold flavour --

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I really don't like spinach, unless its flavor is disguised by bleu cheese dressing. It's not looking good for the chard.

Chard is much more flavorful than spinach, but they're similar enough to be fairly good subs for one another in recipes.
