"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

As of 3-something this morning, I am 29. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet.

It's better than the alternative? Happy birthday, Kalshane. It's never too late to have a misspent youth.

Best wishes, tiggy and family.

My issue with Pat Robertson and his ilk is that they still consider themselves Christians even though they seem to hate everything. What version of the Bible do they happen to be reading?

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Happy natal day, Kalshane!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Happy birthday, Kalshane!

I wonder why a co-worker is sitting there trying to get rid of a virus on his computer. He's been trying for hours, and he's not able to work. We sit between desktop support and Information Security -- and yet.

Now tagless for your comfort.

On the upside, Jon Stewart's The Daily Show will pretty much write itself tonight.

Trent Lott and Christopher Hitchens are both scheduled to appear this week, too. I've already got my TiFaux! set.

The Myth of Sisyphus must have special meaning to him, as in none.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

It's better than the alternative?

Very true.

My issue with Pat Robertson and his ilk is that they still consider themselves Christians even though they seem to hate everything. What version of the Bible do they happen to be reading?

I always wonder that too. It's like, I don't think your Jesus and my Jesus would like each other very much, but my Jesus would love yours anyway.

I always love users like that. By the time they decide to call us they've managed to completely frag their OS or otherwise make things worse. They then try to justify it with "I was just trying to help." or worse "I don't know what happened. I called as soon as I noticed something was wrong."
