Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I've decided to piece together a quilt tonight, while watching Before Sunrise. What came first, Before Sunrise or Dawson's Creek? They share the same navelgazey feel to me.

I think Before Sunrise, but I am not sure.

It's so.... navelgazey. I'm now trying to decide if I'm charmed by it or not?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

In my brain, Before Sunrise (1995) was well before Dawson's Creek (1998). But there is no reason to trust my brain, I certainly don't.

I iMDBd and added dates. Not really so far apart but *I* grew up a lot in those intervening years so it seems like longer.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yes.

I thought so.

That two hour nap I had this morning doesn't look like such a good idea now.

Yeah, I took a nap today that I now regret.

In the meantime, I'm gonna have a vodka tonic.
