That's great news Heather.

Heather, thanks for posting your good news.

it is a picture of some building on stilts with people underneath

If I'm ever sending you a postcard from Israel, it's going to have camels on it.

I sent it to school with her so someone could maybe translate it

I was reading it thinking "oh, if you scan it I can translate it!", and then you mentioned Kristin, and, well, so much easier.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I now have a doughnut. I'm not sure what to call it. It looks like a little loaf of bread.

Tim Horton's has these. They're sort of like a donut muffin.

Foods have too many names. Or maybe in-English foods. Or maybe in-American-English foods, I don't know where the difference lies. That's what I learned from skimming yesterday's Natter.

Aren't they just loaf-shaped muffins?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

commenting about that "girl who laughed so loudly in front" (we were at the most front occupied row, so it had to be me), followed by attempts to imitate that strange girl's laughter.

I keel them!

Not really, because they only seem to come in donut flavors, at least the ones I've seen. The texture is more donutty, too.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Thank goodness, Heather.

Re: crying at movies. I unabashedly will quietly weep in a theatre. It's dark, so I don't worry about people looking at me--or even walking out puffy-eyed. Once while watching Grave of the Fireflies at an anime film festival, three Japanese girls in front of me were SOBBING and weeping at the end of the film. Needless to say, that film is sob worthy.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm awake, and not happy about it, since I don't need to be awake and my neighbors suck donkeyass, but now I think I may imitate shrift and drive really fast to where there are donuts and coffee.

This may require pants, but I think I can find some.

The evacuation of the Superdome is on hold because some asswipe is SHOOTING at a helicopter trying to airlift people out.
