The situation does actually continue to get worse in New Orleans. Jefferson Parish is under martial law, and the breaches in the levee keep pouring water in.

Basically, Dana, they can't step in and start seriously pumping out water until after they rebuild some kind of levee wall, right? Or else, dig a really big hole someplace else that all the water can drain to.
Yeah, I don't think there's anywhere for the water to go. The Army Corps of Engineer are supposed to be working on the leak problem, but what can you do?
