I have a LOT of fresh sage this year. Someone please give me suggestions about what to do with it all.Roast a chicken. Stuff half a lemon in it, smoosh some butter mixed with the sage under the skin and roast away. Yum.
Also? In browned butter over any variety of pastas, especially stuffed.
I ate all my sage, I am sad.
My basil is being dramatic and wants water but I don't think I care enough to drag the hose around. Maybe I will just take it a glass of water instead.

A statement from the National Weather Service in Slidell, near New Orleans, Louisiana, warned that much of the affected area "will be uninhabitable for weeks, perhaps longer."
Low-rise, wood-frame buildings will be destroyed, and concrete apartment buildings "will sustain major damage," it said.
"High-rise office and apartment buildings will sway dangerously, a few to the point of total collapse," the warning read.
