Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

But mostly I'm going on what's been reported back to me after I stick knitting needles up other people's noses.

SEE! Another reason to keep you away, ita, from my knitting needles (and my nose!)

Allyson, just have us all go out for one meal and maybe it'll be less painful. Like ripping the band aid off quickly.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Take the blue sudafed, and the story ends. Youl wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.

Take the red sudafed, and you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That's a good idea, Megan. I think a sudafed/spray combo is the way to go here.

(Unless of course Teppy comes along to explain why that would kill me)

It won't kill you but it might eat your brain.

Swouncing

I don't think she was aware of ita staying with me

Not for the whole time, all those months?

Well, I guess it's not a thing that can easily come up in a conversation: "yeah, mom, so I've been cleaning, and in a couple of days a stranger from the internet whom I'm sure will never murder me in my sleep is going to stay with me. How are you?".

But maybe if she liked what you wrote so much, meeting all the people from those stories won't be so bad? For both of you?

The worlds-colliding things is strange. When 3 friends were poking their heads at b.org last year to catch up on me in the USA (on top of my e-mails, and I gave them the link), it was so strange for me to have them mention names of Buffistas. And that's without any sort of actual meeting anybody, not even any sort of one-on-one interaction.

If I really have to be able to breathe through my nose, I breathe steam to get out the gunk that's already in my sinuses, then use a nasal spray plus my usual antihistamine.

I require bacon. I might be able to drag myself through the rest of the work day if I get bacon.

Bacon will also clear out your sinuses, Perkins.
