Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it's possible you've had some experience with knitting needles up the nose...

Yes, yes it is. But mostly I'm going on what's been reported back to me after I stick knitting needles up other people's noses.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

My mom is reading my book. She said: half way, my socks have been impressed right off my feet

Which I don;t really believe, but love that she is trying.

She wants to meet all my friends when she comes out here this October.

I'm telling her everyone is out of town. Too much worlds colliding.

Right. I'm going to start hanging out at your nearest Coffee Bean. I do love the Coffee Bean.

Lovely that she's liking it, though!

half way, my socks have been impressed right off my feet

Didn't she know already how well you're writing?

Also, sorry, but I totally believe her, or sharing her socks, or something. I'm so glad she likes it!

I'm telling her everyone is out of town.

A whole ocean out.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I kind of look forward to the day I'm old enough to be able to say really rude shit to people and get a pass. Of course, I still think the response to relatives who ask why you aren't married yet is "You think anyone would voluntarily join this family?!?"

My love for Raq grows daily.

My parents ask about my love life because a) they want grandkids and b) they don't think I can be trusted to look after myself.

Well, they have a grandkid now, so they’ve chilled a _little_ bit. I swear, there was a point that I could have walked in the door, pregnant and unmarried, and she wouldn’t have said a word.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hey, since we are talking sinus issues, I have a question.

I need to be as decongested as possible tomorrow, for my root canal, and I'm not anywhere close to that right now, thanks to my allergies. What's the best way to get less stuffy fast:
a) Claratin D
b) plain claratin with some other decognestant
c) something else entirely.
