Angel: Lorne, you're— Lorne: Reliable as a cheap fortune cookie? I was gonna say a guy with good contacts…

Does the last bit of this quote belong back to Angel?
Buffy ,'Get It Done'
Do you have problems, concerns, or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.

Probably. You do know you can, as an admin, edit quotes, right?
eta: Also, I think quote fixes better belong in B'cacy than here, since they're not a technical issue.
Which isn't to read like a reprimand, but I don't know how to get the tone right in text.
Yeah, I vacillated. Sorry. And also, yeah, I seem to vaguely remember that. Can't actually work out how, though. I'm sure it's something obvious, so I'll go ahead and exhibit my shame now in advance.
I just noted some probably shouldn't be unexpected behavior by the post continuation routine. The break point for this post:
tina f. "Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach" Mar 8, 2006 9:25:39 pm PST
fell right in the middle of an italics tag. Which meant that the italics continued on through the header for the next post. The system also appears to have stripped out the closing tag from the continued line in the following post, as well, so the italics continued on down the page.
I'm not sure it's worth fixing, because the circumstances where it happens are pretty rare, but there it is.
It should go on the list. Which I'm not actually sure is being maintained. I haven't seen Am Chau around in a while.
Anyone else want to do the honours?
I'm here, ita; just lucking more due to time constraints. And I confess I haven't updated the list in some time.
(Err... more than a year. It seemed like a good idea to add the date, at the time...)
I have added DX's request (since he said, "I'm not sure it's worth fixing"), to the second section 'things which may not need to be done', though to be honest the things in the first section aren't all that clear, either.
If anyone wants to add any other changes, I have time at the moment and could make them; alternatively, if someone else wants to take it over long-term, I'd be happy to hand it over.
Hi! I summoned Am Chau!
If you are here, and do have time, then by all means, keep on keeping on.

Of course, what super-powered ita said.
Am-Chau, if you ever do need any help, just let me know, OK?
I'm going to be seriously patchy over the next year or so; it might be better for the board if someone else took over (though as it's currently on my webspace, it might need moving for that to be easily accomplished). Needn't be straight away, but by, say, April, as I'll be basically internetless mid-April to mid-June, and will be off to university in September and therefore unreliable for a while. Of course, at around one update a year, I can keep on keeping on, so long as people don't mind the edits being slow.
On re-reading, that comes over more 'if you don't like it, do it yourself' than I had intended. It's too early in the morning.
Nilly, thanks for the offer of help; how much do you feel you could do? (Could you, for example, check that there aren't requests in Bureau? Historically, some did come from there, but since time pressure meant I basically stopped reading it, I've obviously missed any posted there.)
I could help if it can wait until April. We'll be changing ISPs the end of this month. I can put the requests up on a simple website and I always keep up with this thread and bureacracy even when I can't keep up elsewhere.
