Ok, I patched in disabling buttons at the end and start of a thread to make it easy to tell when you hit the end. I also added a 'Read New' and 'Message Center' at the bottom of the posts display. These are just quick patches. We can have something better designed in the actual 1.1.0 version.

Man, I like Digital Ocean. Ubuntu informed me I needed to reboot the server after some security updates and it took less than a minute. Also, I've verified that the board is being automatically backed up so I won't need to take it offline to do a snapshot.
