Gud, trying to set up for development on my computer. Following your deployment instructions, are the only changes I need to make for developing in the .rbenv-vars file and the puma config?

Well, they said changing nameservers could take 24-48 hours and it appears they weren't kidding. I still can't setup up buffistas.org yet.
