Jesse has it. "<" starts an HTML tag, and if it isn't closed with a ">" or contains a non-allowed tag, then it all disappears.
If you want to use "<" for something other than a tag, then you need to type the equivalent entity - <.
Like this - <3.
For this and other HTML entities, you can look at ita's entities page.
How soon I forget. Makes perfect sense, when it's not midnight. Thanks folks!
I am about to cancel my dreamhost account, and will get a credit of about $90 when I do so. I can't get it back as cash (way past money-back guarantee time) but I can transfer it to another account. We use Dreamhost, yes? Could whoever is in charge of that end me an e-mail with the account number for our account? I will have the credit transferred to us.
That's great, thanks! Will email you.
Aw, Lee, you are part of the board whether you are posting or reading or not!
But this is not that thread. I think you want Lightbulbs.
See, I can't even get the right thread anymore! I will move it.
Well, not from, Australia. That's like posting while standing on your head! I assume.
Stompies, given the vicissitudes of life, I too need to change my board name for a while.
beekaytee, please.
