Guys, really bad news.
Yikes! I wish I had more to offer than $. I'm fairly comfortable with SQL, but have no idea how I could help. If there is anything you think I might be able to do please let me know.
Do you have problems, concerns, or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.

How much are we paying for hosting now?
$99/month.
Insent, Jesse.
I'm working on a deadline, but should be able to manage a few hours if you need my eyes on something. (Not that I'll be able to tell what I'm looking at).
Looking at Dreamhost, this [link] is what we need--I don't know how we'd size it precisely, but I doubt we'd need more than the 2000MB option which is the cost of what we have now--we might be able to start at the bottom and see how things work.
Unlimited storage and bandwidth are important--we don't need dedicated--virtual servers without strange math (I have shivery feelings about trying to work it out last time) should be our requirement.
I will prioritise the log out bug (my sessions always timed out--I never got as far as testing that), but that's one of the most....ita-rigged parts of the code. It might be time to replace it with something non sucky. But I don't know how much I will be able to work on it.
I'd be worse than useless with tech, but I threw some money into the hat (Jesse, insent).
Technically, I suppose I should offer the Epic Poem (haha), but I'm crap at poetry, so thank goodness Amy's on it!
And, due to the nature of this place, the only things I'm really good at (proofreading, party planning, ...) are far from unique. Wait, there you go, I can offer to proof Pix's pithy article!
ita_!, Tom, I really hope you're feeling better, and soon! Dealing~ma.
I've been pretty happy with Dreamhost for my needs. Occasional outages or tomfoolery with moving servers around, but I've been with them for years and things have worked well overall.
I've found Dreamhost to be pretty easy to work with and certainly one of the more economical options. I have been hacked, although not on a large scale.
I should be around most of the next few days, if there's anything I can test or otherwise help with.
Jesse, insent. All I can do, wish it was more. My poetry tends to be random and free verse...and not helpful in any practical or conceptual way. You guys, with the hands, though. All good thoughts and support to you.
Does anyone object to trying the lowest rung of virtual server at Dreamhost? We're racking up more ridic bills just sitting here.
I suggest we sign up for something, stat, and point buffistas.com there, and I'll try and set up the code.
