You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It is, thanks! (Note that since I posted that, we have gotten a lot of new donations, but it is never the wrong time to send a check!)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Why do I keep getting mail from bugs@buffistas.org for a bug submitted over three years ago?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Fucked if I know, Tom. I'm getting them too. The bugs are closed, too.

Insect bug or defect bug?

When I worked in IT in Montreal, one of my coworkers would get a purity-of-French newsletter that I'd steal. I remember one really insightful article complaining about the French adoption of the term RAM, since in French male sheep had nothing to do with memory, and maybe the word should have something to do with éléphant instead.

If my written French had been decent, I'd have fired off a letter.
