That worked for the e-mail, but now my username is overwriting my location.
Hmmm...it seems to have killed the Buffista map entirely -- not working in IE 7.0.6001.18000, Firefox 3.0.4, or Chrome 0.3.154.9

Do you have problems, concerns, or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.

It didn't kill the map--I have no idea what did, since that code hasn't been changed since it was finalised months ago.
Dammit.
And I have no idea why it's overriding your location. I've always hated the form fill-in, and this is just making it worse.
The map is dead for me on IE as well.
Regarding the form fill-in, it can be disabled by adding autocomplete="off" to the form tag. [link]
I was looking for a particular post in the closed Supernatural 1 thread, and couldn't find SPN 1 in Closed Threads, or the Film and TV Closed Threads. I had a bookmark in that thread and was able to locate the post I wanted, but now I'm wondering why it's not listed among the closed threads. Or, if it is listed, why am I not seeing it there?
The closed Supernatural thread hasn't been moved out of the main TV folder yet. It's here: P.M. Marcontell "Supernatural 1: Saving People, Hunting Things - the Family Business" Nov 20, 2008 10:51:06 pm PST .
As for the bookmark, the closest I can come to that is that it disappeared as a result of some of the "fixing" I was doing bookmarkwise some months and months ago.
O--thanks for that tip. I wouldn't even have known where to start looking for that info.
Thanks!
The board has been slowish for me for the last 24-36 hours. Like it may take 30-45 seconds for a page to load or a post to go through.
Ever since I switched to the "new improved board" I cannot stay logged in. If I'm inactive for 15 minutes or so I have to log back in. Is this just me? Is it a deliberate feature?
What do you mean by "new improved board"? There's no intentional code reason that you should be booted out.
