The board is now frozen molasses slow. I'm getting timeouts on just going to a thread, and timeouts on posts that later turn up posted. Even when I had seriously crappy dial-up, I've never seen it this bad (except when it was, you know, actually down for the count).

It might be worth exporting the database into a .sql file (with something like mysqldump), deleting the database then reimporting it.
