Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bad stompy!

Maria, Jon, I've set up a domain alias of alt.buffistas.net. That should hopefully provide an alternate way in, but I don't know how transparent it is. As things stand it runs exactly the same code and exactly the same data as buffistas.org, so requires no extra maintenance to keep it up to date.

brillig

The css version works fine for me. I suspect slowness in bringing up some sections is from my specific connection.

The .org version still is weird.

Done!

Maria, Jon, I've set up a domain alias of alt.buffistas.net.

Cool. I'll check it out on Monday and report in.

Excellent, Jon. I've changed the password back. Have at whatever. I'm currently cleaning out the folders.

I have connectivity! I'll poke around throughout the day. I've noticed that some of the left column pages (how-to, etiquette, etc.) look a little funny (images to the left of the content instead of above it). The FAQ page looks good though, so the others should be quick to fix.

Okay. I won't be changing anything in any of the root level files during today's cleanup, so we shouldn't step on each other.
