To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal. It's a ritual sacrifice, with pie.

My phone has that capability--the "Buddy Beacon" integrates iwth the GPS to tell you where your friends with teh same cellphone service are. Except I don't know anyone else who has a Helio phone, so it would be sorta useless.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Huh, I've tried putting in my zip code and my street address, but it doesn't move me on the map. It keeps putting me right on the word "Oakland."

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yep, I've zoomed in all the way. I'm right on top of the word!

I wish you could zoom in with the scroll wheel like you can do on normal Google Map, though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Had you been in as "Oakland" at any point, PC?

Yeah, I initially just put "Oakland, CA." And now it won't budge from that mark.

Okay--there may be an issue with the latitude/longitude updating code. I'll have a look at that over the next few days.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Nobody move until ita fixes the map!

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

First off, the map is VERY cool. I entered in data last night in my profile (city, state, country) and nada. So this morning I tried City, state. Still nothing. Then I tried City and state abbreviation. Nothing. Now I entered zip code, and I got a flag... it puts me in the harbor, but, at least I'm on the map! Dunno if it's an operator error, a Google problem, or a Buffistas problem. Thought I'd mention.

I'm tweaking again.
