eta: The old Natter is still in my thread list too, even though I unsubscribed to it.
e(again)ta I went into the "set profile" page, where the box for Natter 57 was unchecked and the box for Natter 58 was checked already and hit okay. That seemed to fix the issue, even though I hadn't changed anything.

I had the exact same problem (with the new Natter not appearing also) the last time we had a Natter changeover.
Um, try unsubbing and resubbing the new Natter? (I think that's what I did.)
