I went out for lunch today with a few of my coworkers, to a little Vietnamese place around the corner. I had pho with tofu. It was yummy, but I know I'll need something else around 4.

Ideal lunch? Some variation on a big salad with grilled chicken. Other ingredients can include feta cheese, avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, pecans or walnuts, spinach, snap peas, or orange slices.
