Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I went out for lunch today with a few of my coworkers, to a little Vietnamese place around the corner. I had pho with tofu. It was yummy, but I know I'll need something else around 4.

Ideal lunch? Some variation on a big salad with grilled chicken. Other ingredients can include feta cheese, avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, pecans or walnuts, spinach, snap peas, or orange slices.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hec, I'm not asking Willow and Hermione to create me Jamaican restaurants because I don't think they exist, you know.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Think of it as chicken and a flatter, pockmarked biscuit.

Never have done this. But we do have a place where we could...The Golden Rule Cafe. It's in the boonies from me, though.
