I'm supposed to deliver you to the Master now. There's this whole deal where I get to be immortal. Are you cool with that?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The rest of the native food I ran into wasn't to my taste. Heavy on the pork and dumplings, drenched in pork fat (knedliky?

Yeah, looking at the pictures in the menu, it does look like a lot of meat and sausages. Actually, cevapi is the only thing that's completely mysterious -- that's just sausages? Burek sounds good, but the description is just like a list of Foods Jesse Likes: spinach, beef, potato, and cheese pies. All together? Or is that the choice?

I will be PSYCHED if I can just order something without being all doofy.

OK, also? Guess what I'm doing right now? That's right, I'm having my MIND FREAKED.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

OK, also? Guess what I'm doing right now? That's right, I'm having my MIND FREAKED.

Don't forget to tip.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

still bitter over only getting one season of the last Doctor, 'cuz this new guy just isn't hot AT ALL, no matter how he's dressed

Weirdo! Leaving aside my instinctive flinching at any notion of Doctors as Sexy (even if 8, 9, and 10 all are, I was STILL raised on Tom Baker), DT is at least as hot, if not hotter, than CE.

He's impish! And Scottish! He's like a family-friendly, more conventionally attractive Alan Cumming! He's GREAT!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

It's a choice. You can get them in NYC. There is one place called something like "Djani" West 38th-ish. They have a place in Astoria too. They are amazing.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

So, this weekend I got the LA Times at my door. And I didn't order the Times. So I figured, whatev, and tossed it next to the mailboxes thinking it belonged to a neighbor.

Now I have a bill. The name on the bill? Beatrice Arthur.

I don't know whether to be offended at the accusation of being a golden girl or just mildly annoyed, because I actually have to spend a minute of my day cancelling the subscription.

It's a remora, dimwit.

Things that are good right now: Rocky's Pizza Having a drum set to pound on in breaks from packing Warm weather My computer's CD burner

Things that are bad right now: The fact that I ate half the pizza Only being about 1/4 of the way done packing Overzealous airconditioning everywhere The stomach issue my wee dog's having that has us prohibited from feeding him for twenty four hours

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

If I came to whine, but don't feel up to it, can I get hairpats anyway?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Of course. /o
