"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

is it too late to eat now?

Probably for a meal. Eat a peach. Or a small bowl of ice cream or a couple crackers with cheese.

Ann, that's a ferret.

My worst sting was a regular bee.

I kept getting stung repeatedly one year on vacation when I was about 12. Oddly, it only happened when I wore one particular shirt.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think speaking correctly is worth going to jail over.

I have slept all day.

Okay, since 2. I may end up having righted my sleep deficit, but ruined my ability to sleep tonight.

brillig

If only a LifeGem could be utilized in some sort of DeathRay and sold to some supervillian....

I like tommy's brain. This has such Dark Magic appeal.

Thrive to spite them

I've gotten stung by bees a few times.

Worse than that are horsefly bites. Those are horrid and painful and yucky. We saw them a lot at the beach when I was a kid. If we were all playing in the water and one of the cousins yelled "HORSEFLY!!!" we'd all duck under the water and stay until we couldn't hold our breath any longer...or the fly was gone.

I've also been stung by a cannonball jelly fish, they don't hurt a lot but they can still hurt.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Have a pancake.

I cannot read that without hearing it said by a cow creamer.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got a stupid mosquito (I assume) bite right where my pointer finger meets my hand, and it was super-annoying. I recommend avoiding that.
