USPS hates me. They put a hold on my CSMonitor delivery because "not a deliverable address." UM. It's only been that for 8 YEARS.
But I think it got straightened out. I contacted them the 20th, got a response and lifting of hold the morning of the 22nd and I got papers all week. Except today, when I get a postcard about the hold dated the 22nd. So I have no idea and won't until monday. OY.
But I got a webbed lawn chair for the officemate (part of my themed going away thing.) But I got really sad walking out with him to the parking lot, talking about weekend plans. NOT GOING TO GET TO DO THAT ANYMORE! It was a good day for talking to him, though.
Hmmmph.

Yet another brain pathway that could've been used for something actually useful, ruined by my seventh-grade science teacher.
Yikes, David. Are you all home? Is that near you?
I don't know about Hec, but it's not that far from where Suela works.
That
is
where Hec works, basically - he's on Spear, one building past Market. It's about two-three blocks from Suela. Garg. Now my gut is all knotted up, even though the rational part of my brain keeps pointing out that he probably left ages ago and is even now at the Virgin megastore perusing graphic novels. I know that, but I don't
know
know it.
t fretful
They'll have evacuated, JZ. Does he have a cell phone?
Does he have a cell phone?
No, alas.
I'm sure he's totally fine; I'd just like to be sure I'm right about being sure.
Suela posted a bit ago in the FF thread, so at least we know she's fine.
