I hate Monday stuff. I have spent two hours of my time and half that of other people's time trying to deal with serial number issues. The most frustrating part of it is that this company doesn't really like to pay for programs... So I have been given ten different things to try and do instead of just paying up. The registration is $26 and we use this program all of the time, every day. Frankly they have wasted more than ten times that in our salaries with this stupidity. Not to mention we could have all been billing actual clients for twice that again. It's still not resolved. When saving a penny costs you a dollar, maybe you're not really saving anything at all.

Wish they hadn't taken the nice summer weather with them. It's like soup out there.(And not borscht or gazpacho. Hot soup.)

Got up to 71.
I had to go get a Jack Daniels Butter Pecan gelato at Ciao Bella.
I somehow managed to get most of my monday stuff out of the way on Friday.
Not sure how that happened, but it did.

I love how when it gets to a non-humid 80 in San Francisco, everyone freaks out.
THAT WILL HELP, THANKS. PLEASE OVERNIGHT.P'sh, it's 150 miles. A courier could get him there tonight...
He slipped out a minute ago but I can tranq him when he returns. That would be soothing. Well, for me.
My Monday has consisted of running backups with Retrospect. I am beyond bored.
My Monday has been such a frelling Monday. Now I am eating french fries and contemplating how late to stay to get this everloving crap outta my hair.
When will it end! Where are all the smart people who have tact ? Why am I not allowed to shoot people?

Downtown, maybe. Out in the Inner Sunset, the fog finally burned off about an hour ago -- and, looking out the conference room window, it appears that all I've gotta do is walk six blocks east to get trapped in the cold and damp and gray again.
I feel incredibly ungrateful, knowing how most of the country is suffering in the heat, but I'm really quite unfond of my neighborhood right now.
