Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

one more question: you take a right, and keep going straight? I usually take a right and then jig left to go where the parking lot entrance is to catch the EZRide shuttle.

(sorry to bore the thread, I'm just trying to picture it in my head!)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

What's the best way to clean makeup brushes? Specifially, a foundation brush?

I run sooper hot water through it and then cleanse it with either my face wash or hand soap.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I always use a little baby shampoo and water, then let it air dry overnight.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Steph, I usually wash mine with a gentle shampoo and then let them dry flat.

I wash them about once a week, or whenever I switch foundations.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

In re cooking with soup, has anyone read Florence King's "WASP Where is Thy Sting?" She has an entire section on cooking with soup, especially kitchens where the sound of solid condensed soup coming out of the can is a sign that dinner's being prepared.

OK, I may have confused things. Go out of North Station the way we usually do. When you get out to the street (Causeway?), that's where you go right. At that point, go straight. There's a big intersection that you cross, and then a smaller street. The smaller street is the one for the short cut. Go one more block and you're on Cambridge Street. You'll pass a Little Peach, a Domino's and a Burrito place on the way to either the shortcut or Cambridge (they are all in front of that huge apartment complex with the park-like quad).

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Somewhere around here I've got a cookbook that was sold as a fundraiser for the Kennebunkport Congregational Church. I'd estimate that at least half the entrees use canned soup in some way. (It also has Barbara Bush's recipe for Mexican dip, which it says she got from her daughter Dorothy. It's pretty much, "Buy refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, and scallions. Chop scallions. Layer.")

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just realized that I should send in my hash brown casserole recipe (no really, it's good--ask Aimee) to the cookbook. I still have time, right?

Frank, OK, I gotcha. Told you my geography of that area was screwed up!

And thank you!
