Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's just crazy, billytea.

My three-day weekend hath begun. First on the list of gogogo fun: vacuum. Or do I budget so I can figure out if I can afford to pay someone else to vacuum? Because I much prefer the other people vacuuming way of having clean floors.

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

I can't even.

Susan, you have the perfect situation, Raffy on 2999 hits (Mateo just walked him in the 8th tonight), so your chance of seeing his 3000th looks pretty good, I'd say.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Yep, we've got the game on and have been watching his at-bats closely. Just have to be sure to get to the ballpark really early tomorrow. Don't want to be caught in traffic and have him come up in the first!

Art Crawl!!!

billytea -- clearly there is a plague of insanity running through your town.

Better luck next venue.

You make speed dating sound fun, meanwhile, I was watching that show about on-line dating on ABC (Hooking Up?) and thinking that I would not be able to do that speed-dating thing.

brillig

Was in to see Hubby. He's running a slight fever, and he's still hurting. I hope they keep him for a few days, he'd be miserable at home and I wouldn't feel right about being at work while he's like this. I hate to be all "Yay, low-grade fever!" but while LGF is in the house, he's not leaving the full-time, highly trained care. Even though some of the nurses look like 14-year-olds and he doesn't trust any of them to help him maneuver in and out of bed. I am so not used to looming over grown-ups. I'm only 5' 2"!

I tried to sleep, but what with all the sleeping I did earlier today, and some coughing, NSM with the sleeping now. Am debating putting on pants and going to 7-11 for icecream. Which doesn't sound as good as "real" food right now, but does sound more likely to be able to eat it.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

So much insanity in one city is a sad thing. Poor Melbourne.

Yeah. Thanks everyone. I'm still finding it disheartening. Guess I have to get it all back together before tomorrow night.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Or an echidna killed their brothers.

nodnodnod I'm going with this.

Hmm. Seems bonkers to me, billy - from your description of the event, though, I remember you said that you were treating it kind of like performance to a crowd, type of thing (which I can totally sympathise with) and that one of them commented on this. Could that be it? Or are they all insane?

Oh, hey, I recorded a voice message!...only I don't know how to let you hear it, because it seems that you have to be a member of the site to hear it. Huh. I do talk veryveryvery fast, and sound a bit too blonde, but never mind, eh?
