Can I mop your brow? I am at the ready with the fearsome brow-mop.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Compared to some in this part of town, it's perfectly reasonably priced.

So cheap! I've been angsting (WOE! WOE! Handstapleforehead! WOE!) about the cost of housing in Seattle again, on account of OMFG, TOO MUCH CRAP, NO SPACE monsters eating my BRAIN.

To upgrade both house (900 sqft fixer w/basement) and 'hood to something reasonable (by which I mean, 1200 finished sqft, not a fixer), that's about what we'd have to pay.

I must be kept away from the salary/mortgage calculators. (Hint, the mortgage will always top your salary and make it its bitch with no safeword.)

In my dream, some investor decides to buy all the houses on our block at about Fair Market Value for the sake of knocking down and building zero lot line townhomes. And we, umm, rent or something. I haven't figured that part out yet.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

So cheap!
I know!

I mistakenly plunked my area into that site. This is so very near me... [link] And yet so far away. Oddly, prices have come down in the last six months.

(Hint, the mortgage will always top your salary and make it its bitch with no safeword.)
Sadistic little calculator. The numbers just stop being real.

Heh. There's a one bedroom condo in my building selling for what Cash's house is selling for...I like hers better.

Now tagless for your comfort.

So cheap!

I know! Of course there are larger, nice homes nearby that run into between the 500's and 700's. Closer to the governor's mansion they run into the millions. But this is so close to the main drag of our little incorporated town--walking distance to our library and GRAETERS. Which is why it is near and dear to my heart.

Give us another 5 years in equity and DH a few more raises and we could conceivably buy something very similar to that.

Coffee:

Mmmmmmm...coffee...

I don't have anything I need to be doing at this moment. Basically everything on my list is done, except for the things I can't do on a Sunday. I could go grocery shopping, but the grocery stores are usually a mess on Sunday evenings.

I'm not quite sure what to do with myself. Wish our xBox wasn't out for repairs...

Nap? Zone out? Play with us?

I already napped!

I'm trying to play, but it's pretty quiet here today...as is often the case on Sundays.
