Aimee, does she not want you guys to fucking eat??? Because I know how hectic the day gets and if you don't take the time to grab something before the pictures, you'll be starving.
I assume it's alright if you all order room service and sequester yourselves away from EVERYONE, including each other. It seems to me like she doesn't want anyone to have a good time at this thing except her. Or look pretty. Except her.
She's gone bridezilla. Back out while you still can.
That's my Aimee!
Emily, laundry is done, and I'm on my way home. See you in a bit!
-t, DH didn't mind that I quit a job that I hated (and was underpaid for doing) even though I had no other job lined up and had no "excuse" for staying home several years ago.
He figured out it was for my mental health and our lives were happier because of it. I spent four months cooking and keeping house while I got my head together and figured out what I wanted to do in way of a job search. I didn't feel any less feminist about it because even a strong woman needs to be supported once in a while.
Beat those feelings down.
I'm trying to figure out why she wouldn't want her brides maids to even lay eyes on each other until you go to her chamber.
Unless she's worried about y'all getting together, comparing notes, and then commiting munity.
And anyway, I thought it was only bad luck for the groom to see the bride before the wedding.
I honestly have no idea what she wants us to do. I am now operating on a need to know basis with her. I am not telling her anything she doesn't need to know. I am doing my own thing. Until I have to be somewhere for pictures, YOU DON'T OWN ME BITCH.
Unless she's worried about y'all getting together, comparing notes, and then commiting munity.
Yeah, she'd be walking the plank in my perfect scenario.
Unless she's worried about y'all getting together, comparing notes, and then commiting munity.
She said as much. She doesn't want us bitching about her to each other. I told her I have no desire to bitch about her or anything to these other girls. Time has taught me that all these girls do is pick up a phone and tell her everything that was said. Hi, I'm 31. Not 16.
I have never heard that the Bridesmaids couldn't see each other before the wedding. Or do their hair, or eat.
I think that everyone should show up in pjs, with bedhead, eating Fritos.
I am not telling her anything she doesn't need to know.
That's almost certainly best. That way, she can't get upset about it, and you can't be expected to know if it would have upset her.
