I do notice that the eps workout like: Disc 1 #1+7, Disc 2 #2+4, Disc 3 #3+5, etc. Any idea why they're not just in order?
They're in production order, which in S1 differed from US broadcast order. Personally, I prefer the DVD order (you just have to ignore Chiana's accent, which changes from American to Australian and back again because the producers couldn't make up their minds).
lisah -- I think that's the production order or something. By episode 15 or so it evens out so they are all consecutive episodes after that.
Dad and I have been watching the first season and we've just watched them in order of the discs (disck with ep 1 first ,etc) and we haven't had a problem understanding what's going on.
I discovered that "the blue lady" dad was refering to wasn't Zhaan, like I first thought, but Chiana. We just watched her first episodes and he said "I was wondering when the blue lady would show up!"

It's amazing how having a child can spare you from your spouse killing you for asking stupid questions.
My understanding is that Chiana is officially grey, even though she often looks blue. It's a lighting/makeup issue.

Oh, yes. My mind goes to lovely places when I see that picture. Of course, in my mind's eye, Aeryn ends up with short blonde hair and green eyes. (What??)
Depends on the facility. Some of them are up there with the ritzy health clubs.
My local one is $100 to sign up and $70/month!! I just want to take a Parent and Tot swim class! I can't even buy a day pass.
Oh, that sucks. But are you sure they're not quoting you for a health club membership? The one I used to go to had different class rates for members/non-members so you didn't have to go whole hog just to take a class.

That's about how much mine is. (I could get a discount through my office, but the gym 2 blocks from me is only $59/month and they waived the sign-up fee, so....yeah. Not doing the Y thing.)
