Today is a wierd day.

Work was good - I had a review that was really good, with a raise, and some unofficial new duties. Technically, I am not qualified to do them by title. but the way the buearcracy works - you start doing the job then it can become official. I am very happy about this.

I am not as happy with my body today. While I was at the grocery store ( after work , no dinner yet) I got hungry and yet felt very ill, very tired, and , extreame dry mouth and strong need for the bathroom. All on the mild side but combinded they were really annoying. Possibilities were 1) low blood sugar 2) a result of not takeing one of my allergy/asthma meds for 2 days or 3) not drinking enough water while on a HBP med. BS was a little low. Food has helped , along with water, and sitting - but it was just annoying. Esp since I am not sure who is thr true culprit.
