In shallower news, I realized at midnight last night that the wedding I'm going to in August is next weekend and not in two weeks like I thought, and I have NOTHING to wear. This means I need to shop this weekend. This means I have to have MONEY this weekend.
I actually have an offer for a freelance editing gig that would allow me to make some money, but it would probably leave me no time for shopping. Damn you, first world!!! t shakes wee fists

I can't believe how many posts I just read. I didn't take enough notes to respond to anything coherently, but I want to extend sympathy to Anne and Susan, congratulations to billytea on his girlfriendage, send heaklth~ma to meara and Hil and wish Gud good luck with the counselling. My apologies for anyone I missed - I thought warm thoughts at a great many people as I caught up.

I've heard many a boy called Lloyd Dobler and had issues with it. However, the comparison of bt to Lloyd (or vice versa) is spot on and I couldn't agree more. Doomed.
