I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Susan, I'm sorry. I hope his passing was peaceful, and that you have a little time to breathe between the plane and the viewing.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

By the way, I completely want a basket by sj now. Which is a hint only that if ones were to be sold on eBay and announced here, I might actually have to try out eBay again.

This is good to know.

My new computer is up and running. My cable modem is installed and running. My boyfriend is the bestest boyfriend ever because he did all of it.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

((Susan ))

Lists are a great comfort to me. Even just thinking about what goes on a list calms my brain.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I can. not. sleep.

It's 5.30am. I went to bed around 1ish, but eventually got back up around 3ish, having lain there trying to get to sleep ineffectually. I think I'm just going to stay up, and then hopefully I'll finally get my body clock back in line if I go to bed tonight at 10pm or so. Maybe.

{{{Fay}}} Sorry about the lack of sleep.

Speaking of sleep, we're off to bed Dave has to get up way too early tomorrow to be up this late. Night all.

Susan, I'll be thinking of you and your family in the coming days and wishing you all the best in getting through the next few days. Take care, and continue to write all the lists you want; if they help, that is all that matters.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yeesh Fay. I hate that. I hate the being unable to sleep and the eventual giving up and the hoping that if you just make it past X, then it will all reset itself to normal.

But then it's pretty well documented that I have sleep issues.

You could go post in that other thread and convince me to watch even more tv. Won't do bollocks for you, but it'd be fun.

Something bit me to pieces. I have downed Benedryl, smoothed on some script cortisone ointment, run very hot water over the itchies, bathed in oatmeal, smeared on benzocaine cream and I am really running out of tricks.
